Jasmine Hsia

Hello. My name is Jasmine Hsia. I am 10 years old and in 6^th grade.

I go to Challenger School in Strawberry Park, San Jose. I started believing in Jesus Christ when I moved to San Jose. I was introduced to Awana and I started reading the Bible.

I learned more about the importance of the Lord Jesus Christ. Now I understand more than I did before.

Natalie Hsia

Hi my name is Natalie and I am in third grade. 

I started believing in God when I moved to San Jose.

I went to AWANA and the first week I didn’t really seem to care much. 

But after the next two to three weeks, I started believing in God.

I started thinking about God when bad things happened to me like when my sister and I fight.

Betsy Chien

My name is Betsy Chien. I am 11 years old, and I believe that Christ is Savior. 
I chose to trust in Christ about half a year ago, 
when my father was almost done with his MBA training.
Our family was always so grumpy and exhausted.
That's when my mom and I started praying. 
But for some reason, I still felt uneasy.
At school, I hated half of the people in my grade, and they hated me too.
There was  this one girl. She was always really mean to me. 
Of course, I was mean to her too.
But anyways, as I started opening up to Christ, she became nicer.
I started opening up to other people, too. 
Now I'm friends with almost everyone.
My name is Betsy Chien, and accepting Christ changed my life.

Samuel Wu

Hello, my name is Samuel Wu. I am a 4^th grader.
I have been going to church since I was a baby, 
so I don’t feel much difference between before and now.
I accepted Jesus in my heart in Kindergarten. 
Last year, I wanted to be baptized but they said I was too young. 
This year, they said I can be baptized. (Yeah!)

I wanted to be baptized to show everyone that I am a Christian.
I wanted to be saved by God  because I knew that I needed to believe in Him to be able to go to Heaven. Because Acts 16:31 says
 “Believe in the Lord Jesus, and you will be saved—you and your household.”
Before I was just happy.
Now that I am a Christian, I feel really, really happy.
Right now I feel a bit wet and good. Thank you !

各位弟兄姐妹們，大家好！

早在我唸高中的時候，因為唸的是教會學校，所以有晨間禱和晚間禱告。
便知道有一位慈悲、偉大的神，主宰著每一個人的命運。
但到後來學校畢業後就慢慢的沒有機會接觸，也就遠離了神。
雖然人生一路走來也有很多的困難，卻也沒有怎麼依賴神。

幾年前因為好友蘭麗的關係，開始常常一起作伴去教會。

聆聽很多聖經真理，覺得聖經是學不完的。
它教導人們向善，以及很多做人處事的道理，叫我受益良多。
但還是沒有讓我想要受洗。

直到2011年我們家裡發生了劇大的變化，
